Return & Refund Policy – Monarch Gadgets and Accessories Ltd
1. Your Legal Rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law. If an item you buy from us is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For most online purchases, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item and then have 14 further days to return it.
2. Returns & Refunds – How It Works
Returns Window:
You may return an item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if it:
Is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, or
Is unused and in its original packaging (if you are returning for a change of mind).

Include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance for your peace of mind.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First check your bank account / card provider.
If still unresolved, contact us at info@monarchgadgets.com.
4. Faulty or Not as Described Items
If the item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt, regardless of our returns window.
In such cases, we pay the return postage.
5. Exchanges
We can exchange items that are defective or damaged.
For an exchange, please email info@monarchgadgets.com with your order details and the item you want to exchange for.
6. Sale & Gift Items
Sale items may only be refunded if faulty or not as described.
If the item was marked as a gift, we will issue a gift refund (e.g., gift credit).
