We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including:

Wales
Northern Ireland
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Standard Shipping: £3.99
Free Shipping is available when purchasing multiple items (automatically applied at checkout where applicable).
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

We can ship to residential, business, and PO box addresses where accepted by the courier.
7. Lithium Batteries & Power Banks
We ship power banks and lithium battery products within the UK only, in compliance with UK courier regulations.
Such items may be subject to specific courier handling procedures.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed:

We will investigate with the courier immediately.
Where appropriate, we may resend the item while the investigation is ongoing.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful:
The courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.
If the parcel is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).
10. Risk & Responsibility
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided.
If you believe your parcel was marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
